Horses, Plants, Bourbon, and Kentucky home cookin!

During the ASP Institute, we plan to do some local sight-seeing and tours that highlight several Kentucky signature industries.  We will begin our day of experiences with Keeneland Race Course morning workouts.  This is where the Thoroughbred stars and stars of tomorrow excercise each morning rain or shine.

We will visit an actual castle in the middle of horse country.  The Kentucky Castle is must-see, bluegrass area landmark.

We also plan a tour at Buffalo Trace Distillery in nearby Frankfort, KY.  We will see how the bourbon is made and even have an opportunity to sample and purchase some of the best bourbon in the world.

The CASE ASP Institute focuses on plants and we will be touring local school, Locust Trace, to review their agricultural programs.

Along with the horses, plants, and spirits, we will plan a visit to nearby Spark Community Cafe in Versailles for lunch.
