I won't be able to check-in to the lodging at noon on Sunday, what do I need to do?

     Email your UK CASE Institute Host for either ATP (Mr. Dexter Knight) or AFNR (Dr. Rebekah Epps) and work out an alternate time

Will there be a free shuttle from airports other than Lexington's Bluegrass Airport?

     If flying into another airport (Louisville or Covington), you will have to find other transportation to UK.  Free pick-up from an airport will only be available for Lexington arrivals.

Is there a designated time the shuttle will be picking up on the day I arrive at the Lexington Airport?

     Depending on your final flight schedule, you will need to coordinate with Dr. Epps (AFNR) or Mr. Knight (ATP) on pick-up times Sunday.

Is there a fee for parking on UK's campus if I drive to the conference?

     Parking passes will be provided for those driving; just contact Dr. Epps (AFNR) or Mr. Knight (ATP).
