Stemming from a final project in CLD 686: Research Design in fall 2021, our CLD-MS student, Kelly May has an article titled: Perceived Financial Literacy and Self-efficacy: Implications for Family & Consumer Science Extension Educators published and found on page 84 of the JOURNAL OF THE NATIONAL EXTENSION ASSOCIATION OF FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCES

Students in the interdisciplinary Appalachian Studies / CLD course “Community Inequalities” were immersed in labor history and the ongoing struggle for environmental justice when they visited Mingo County, WV on a class field trip.
