The Department of Community and Leadership Development and the Department of Educational Leadership Studies offer an undergraduate certificate in Leadership Studies. Four vital pillars are complimentary to undergraduate programs and are reflected throughout the content of coursework in the following ways:

• Understanding core concepts about leadership
• Fostering team and organizational leadership
• Embracing community leadership
• Focusing on intercultural communication skills
