Assistant Professor, Extension, Program Development and Evaluation
Lola Adedokun, Ph.D., is an Assistant Extension Professor of Program Evaluation in the Department of Community and Leadership Development. Dr. Adedokun leads statewide Extension program evaluation efforts and provides technical guidance, trainings and resources to build (and sustain) the capacity of UK Extension specialists and agents to identify, measure and report robust outcomes and impact of their programs. Dr. Adedokun’s areas of expertise include evaluation capacity building, program development and evaluation, implementation science and the practical applications of rigorous quantitative and qualitative research designs and advanced statistical methods to Extension program evaluation. Her primary interests focus on collective impact evaluation; complexity of designs and measurement in Extension program evaluation; development of robust measures of the cognitive, affective, behavioral, economic and social outcomes of Extension programs; and understanding the intertwined factors that mediate and moderate Extension program impact.
